About the event
This year's Domestic Violence & Me workshop will center around the theme of painted masks, symbolizing the emotional walls we often hide behind shame, fear, guilt, pride, or even survival itself. Through this creative and reflective activity, we’ll explore how concealing our truth can breed toxicity, silence our voices, and make us more susceptible to abuse. Together, we will begin the journey of unmasking, identifying unhealthy patterns, and embracing the power of vulnerability, awareness, and healing.
