February 7, 2026, | Houston, TX 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
The M. Ariel Love Foundation is proud to announce our annual MayDay for Domestic Violence Prevention Luncheon, returning on February 7, 2026, a day dedicated to remembrance, empowerment, and life-saving education.
MayDay is more than an event. It is a movement. A legacy. A call to action.
Created in honor of Maylaysia Ariel Levy, whose birthday is February 6, and whose life was tragically stolen by domestic violence at just 19 years old, MayDay stands at the intersection of memory and mission. Held every February, Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, MayDay raises awareness, honors victims, celebrates survivors, and equips our community with the tools needed to break the cycle before it begins.

Why MayDay Matters
Domestic violence remains one of the most urgent yet preventable crises affecting families today:
1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men experience intimate partner violence.
1 in 11 teen girls and 1 in 14 teen boys have experienced dating violence.
Young adults ages 16–24 experience the highest rate of intimate partner abuse.
Through prevention education, survivor support, and community awareness, we can save lives, especially the lives of our youth.
MayDay is an opportunity to unite, learn, remember, and commit ourselves to change. The stories shared, the lives honored, and the conversations sparked on this day ripple outward into homes, schools, and communities.
Your Attendance Helps Save Lives
Every ticket purchased supports the Foundation’s efforts to:
Provide resources for survivors
Offer prevention education to teens and young adults
Expand mental health access
Work toward our long-term goal of providing safe housing for women and children
Your presence helps us continue the work of turning heartbreak into healing and tragedy into transformation.
